Dr. Abhijith Kumar is an expert anesthesiologist over 7 years of expertise in the field of Anesthesia as an accomplished anesthesiologist. His medical journey began with the completion of his MBBS from KVG Medical College, Sullia, RGHS Karnataka. Following this,
he served as a Junior Medical Officer at PRS Hospital, Trivandrum, Kerala, from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, he pursued his MD in Anesthesia from MGM Medical College, Aurangabad (MGM University, Maharashtra). After this, he took on the role of Consultant Anesthetist at Caritas Hospital, Kottayam, Kerala, from 2017 to 2019. Later, he gained valuable experience as a PG Registrar in Neuroanesthesia at Aster Medcity, Kochi, Kerala.
Prior to joining Smita Hospital, Dr. Abhijith Kumar held the position of Consultant at Mar Sleeva Hospital, Pala, Kerala, from 2020 to 2024.
